"Ingage Partners is a small company. This has its advantages and disadvantages. The culture is mostly friendly, but communication is shoddy at best and higher ups consistently fail to communicate clear expectations to employees. There is no on-boarding for new developers, which only compounds the lack of role expectations delivered. Business development is chaotic and disorganized, but this isn't uncommon for consulting firms. I suspect the company isn't doing so well, and they need improvement in several areas."
