"Very hard to get fired. Very flexible vacation scheduling. Fantastic Retirement plan if it is still around when I retire."

"Ask extremely detailed questions about what you want in a job. Ask for anything you would want up front. You will probably never get another chance to ask again."

"Management is terrible. I never feel like I am going anywhere. When I do a good job no one notices. If I work extra hard I am almost punished for it."

"I would cut the BS and make things much more transparent. There is too much back room dealing and politics."
