What do you like about working at Infosys?

"I joined infosys before completing my Masters. I liked the fact that despite of me being the junior most, I was given the responsibility of an entire pilot project just, within 6 months of me joining the company, just because I was a good performer. In that company, talent is surely appreciated and rewarded. Above all that scope for learning and development could not be found elsewhere."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If one is not confident about what is shown in his/her resume, there is no point in applying for Infosys."

What don't you like about working at Infosys?

"There is no work and personal life balance."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pay scale should be more."
