"I have been with the company for several years. Decisions are made hastily by every department and without the future in mind. Management lacks leadership and vision and is disconnected from the employees. There is absolutely no regard or desire for improvement. There are a few nice perks and in general the people are nice but if you value your career this is not the place for you. There are very few challenges, and mountains of frustrations. For a company of ~70 employees, turnover is roughly 1 person per month."
