What do you like about working at informedRx?

"Helping people and working with others to get the job done correctly the first time. I love making sure that the patient has their medications on time. I think of each person as my family member that is sick and waiting for their medication to be delivered."

"Stay focused on the task at had. Do not let anyone deffer you from doing your job which is helping others, that is what customer service is all about."

What don't you like about working at informedRx?

"There was no accountability for upper managements decisions to do nothing about the complaints that were coming in about the orders being received."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I suggested that we look at the processes that we have now and reevaluate them. See if there is a better more efficient way to rectify the issue with the customers before we lose big clients."
