"Worked there for 3 years, managers and senior developers left regularly. I thought of it as an opportunity to progress faster, instead I should have left earlier. They provide no assistance in education or certifications. Brown-nosing will get you anything and experience will get you mediocre survival. Expect to work 50+ hours every week."
