"I've been working at Infineon Technologies for more than 3 years and the experience is demoralizing. No matter how hard you work but if management does not like you for any reason considering that you are an intelligent high caliber individual, most likely you will not be in the company for too long. There are too many politics and incompetent supervisors that you have to deal with on a daily basis. They will tend to keep the longtime employees that are there 10+ years with very unprofessional behavior and attitude problems that unfortunately, does not even communicate well along with poor written and oral communication skills. The reviews are written very poorly and the employees that were given exceptional reviews were the ones that were only "liked" by management. It appears that if you are more intelligent than your supervisor or lead, then once again your chances of promotion are very slim to nothing. The starting pay is very low with a starting pay of $13.00/ hourly and a minimum increase of .10 to maximum of .25 annually."
