Industrial Color Employee

"The company (all 3 under CoCreativ) has become a sinking ship in terms of innovation, growth, revenue, and brand identity. There is no room for advancement, the benefits are terrible and incredibly expensive, and overall communication from the management team is a top-down approach. Layoffs have occurred even with a small team. Motivation continues to be poor with all of the challenges surrounding the company."
