"I've worked with Indiana University Kokomo for 9 years in some capacity. I adore my department but it is difficult to move up in the company and the pay is very low for the level of education required."

"Not only have I worked at Indiana Wesleyan university in several different positions across many departments, I also graduated from the school in 2017. Recently my perception of the university has been hurt through certain ways the University has handled a violation in inclusive policies toward members of the LGBTQ+ community. Furthermore, the pay is far from competitive and there is little to no growth in that regard. Apart from those issues, my experience at the university has been largely positive; the staff is friendly and everyone is on the same team. The benefits package is highly competitive and they make sure you are equipped for the job. My desire to move on from work at this university is mostly due to the Universities violations on inclusion. I hope they are able to right the wrong and recover from this violation."
