What don't you like about working at Independent Producers of America?
"Where to begin- very few good leads, many bad leads- thus you need to spend most of your time cold-calling and not selling. Super high turnover rate. Most people in MI cannot embrace the idea that you need to join an association in order to buy the health insurance! Also hi-deductible plans hard to sell; they only accept healthy people so many people you write policies for will not get through underwriting. Incompetent management that does not know its products and benefits (In MI at least). I could go on....."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Start accepting MORE People. Dump the association membership and sell the insurance alone for less! Supply your sales people with leads so they can actually grow the business! Don't be so cheap with your regional managers- help them cover their local expenses so they don't have to be equally cheap with their agents.I'm spent...."
