"Freedom."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Not to venture into it if you live paycheck to paycheck. You need another source of income the first 6 months."
What don't you like about working at Aflac?
"Sales meetings and pressure of sales quotas from managers."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"For managers not to be verbal about their prize if we meet the sales numbers. As an agent we don't get the bonuses, the upper management gets cash pay outs."

"The best compensation package around. I hand out DVD's and make lots of money when someone buys a membership from me. Period."
What do you like about working at Pre-Paid Legal Services?
"The flexibility of owning your own business. Compenation plan. Return investment on your time. I make more by selling one membership than I do in a regular average job for one entire days wages working for someone else."

"It is a business, not a job. Owning a business is not for everyone. Ask the person who shared with you for specifics on how much money they spend on their business and what a typical work week is like for them."

"Dry periods of no sales."

"They rule."
