"I have greatly enjoyed working at Indata. The development team is top notch, the management is very understanding that life happens and are very open about their own obstacles so we can work as a team. The company is small, and learning, but if there's a policy or technology that you think would be helpful, proposal and discussion is encouraged. The work itself is fascinating, a very technical look at agriculture and it's various challenges. You'll learn more about crop management then you knew was possible. The only downside is, with a small company, hours are highly variable, and any technology you need, you will need to provide. But this is understandable and subject to change as they grow."
