"I really like the challenges that are set for me buy the customer and the company."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"No I don't as long as they are a general labor, if they are a manager yes. Just observe for a few days and learn the process and then get in and show the team you can do the work before you make changes so you have reasoning for the changes."
What don't you like about working at IMSI?
"I don't like the hours and inconsistent work load. I work 7 days a week and 12-18 hours days. I average about 90 hours a week."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I am the manager so my Ownership team needs to get me some help and divide the work load out evenly."
