"Have the direct supervisor list your responsibilities and what will be asked of you. What are your limits and the extent of your disciplinary actions."

What don't you like about working at IMS Group?

"No buy in from upper management for safety program. Conducted safety training without a budget. Wasn't allowed to spend money on new training. Politics were the norm as well as sharing of religious and politcal views by upper management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Leave your personal beliefs at home, both religious and political. Sometimes peoples safety is the most important thing not the bottom line. Lastly, the managers do make mistakes it is ok to admit when they are made. Some managers aren't even around to supervise employees. If you hire someone to do safety, allow them to discipline the saftey violations don't leave it to someone else."
