"I worked with Commonwealth Brands over 10 years. The pay was very good along with benefits. The upper Management was impossible to please, always wanting and expecting more. State Managers were so dishonest and two-faced, they pretend they were there to help, but only to hurt you so they could keep their so called title. All of the higher managers think they are better, their titles went to their head! So just always be cautious and never trust NOBODY IN THAT COMPANY! CORPORATE NEEDS TO GET RID OF ALL STATE MANAGERS THEY HAVE AND START OVER. The company would be much better and rewarding and pleasing. Employees do not stay because District and Regional Managers are impossible to get along with, they have horrible attitudes. Always want to show their authority."
