"Only wished that we had the capital to put back into the property to make it even better."

"Independent thinking made this hotel. Harrahs needs to go back to incorporating the creative thinking that really kept this hotel going against the competition."

"I reported to an Owner who was easy to read and allowed great freedom to manage as you needed to in getting the job done."

"Not going to have the freedom that was there in the past."

"We did not have alot of capital to re invest in the hotel to keep up with the competition"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Harrahs Owners of it now need to understand why people bought the hotel in the first place. Original ideas really created a great market for this hotel. Things have become a little stale at the moment."
