"I have worked at Imagetrend for over 2 years and have learned a lot in my time there. However, a lot of the learning comes from being forced into difficult situations and being able to work your way out. The environment is one of little accountability outside of your immediate team members, and many developers are unhappy with the amount of recognition received for working through difficult situations. Overall, it is a good place to work and learn, but not if you need outside motivation to."
