"IM Flash has a lot of potential for being a great work place. Unfortunately there is not much opportunity for growth in the Fab Support section as a technician. Almost no opportunities to move up in the section ever come up and looking to move or earn a promotion is discouraged. While I would recommend the company, I would suggest a different position."
