"make sure you get to know the person you are working under before you take the job. talk to the people that work under them and not the asst mangers, and talk to people that work outside of that department as well."

"the fact that it was suppose to do a great deal of hiring from within the company, but too many mangers wanted to hirer outside to get people they would control instead of people that knew how to work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"hire mangment that cares about their people and not about how they look. mangers are the ones that make you money. its the people working the floor and dealing with your customers everyday that do that for you."
