"I was hired to be a Quality Coordinator for an emerging Medical Device company that was just getting a foothold in the market. The role was invaluable for getting quality issues resolved amongst the manufacturing, quality, and R&D branches in a timely fashion. As time progressed, many of the quality decisions were dictated by the corporate quality director vs. those in physical contact with materials and suppliers. My position was eventually eliminated."
