What don't you like about working at Ikanos Communications?
"There was no plan. All projects hired for where canceled and skill sets were ignored. A very bad culture from poor mergers. More then 50% of the company was let go or left. Constant fighting among management. Poor planning and execution of projects. Unknown what was expected out of employees. Company changed CEO and management every year."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Sell the company to someone who had the resources and know how to run it properly."
