"I’ve worked as a superintendent for Iiconsoutheast since October 2019. Due to COVID-19, the job location was shut down. Iiconsoutheast is a young company dedicated to customer service and quality standards. Company pay and benefits were great."
"I have worked at iiCON since Nov 2016. Good company with potential. Heavy emphasis on technology (great thing) and an 80/20 rule which is overwhelming to most. Only drawback is the site superintendents lack the skills needed to manage their projects which forces the project manager to do both site supervision and fiduciary responsibilities. High field employee turnover rate. Zero backlog year after year concerning to all employees."
