"I work in a small subsidiary sales team and it was a great experience for me when I started fresh out of college. But now with 5 years experience as a analyst and Salesforce admin, I am ready for growth and challenge. I have brought this up to my boss and I have been told that I have capped in my position and in this department."

"iHeart is a very greedy company who does not treat their employees well. I am part of a union and had a tense negotiation with a bare minimum salary increase while the company contends the rest of the company who are non-union have not received increases in over 3 years."
