"The work is not difficult. It entails assisting staff in cleaning bathrooms, maintain a clean cafeteria, cardboard and trash removal in a warehouse setting. It's long hours on your feet and a lot of bending and heavy lifting. As supervisor you fill out paperwork at the end of the shift. The work environment at best is cordial. There is considerable backstabbing at the Allentown site. Management is poor. Present staff is known to throw workers under the bus. There is always a promise of advancement and more pay and benefits. Hollow promises that never occur. You will get overtime if you sleep with management. Unless you are a weed smoker, minority with no true ambition or cannot speak proper English...I wouldn't bother to apply."
