What do you like about working at iGATE?

"I am a contractor of GE Capital which a very important company in the country. iGate has big clients like these and their people learn how to deal with important projects for them."

"It is difficult to move to a better position. You have more responsibilities and the same position."

"Just be what you are and do not try to pretend."

"Work should not get monotonous and everyday there should be something new to achieve."

"They should understand the potential of each individual and have them grow."

"I have worked for iGate, Bangalore for last 4 years. Company is very good. But, the background check is not getting done properly. Recently, new team joined in DW department in November 2013. One of them is with fake experience and he doesn't even know what is data warehousing. He managed the person in the interview panel and got the job. These type of fake candidates should be avoided."

"The new challenges that each assignment brings in and the technical exposure and growth that I have received over the last 5 years."

"Very much a process oriented company with a strong foundation in the industry."

"Not being appreciated for the hard work that we do."

"Professional growth matters a lot to an individual, but compensation is equally important on a monitory basis."

"Sometime need to work weekends to finish work. Managers are not too good. They always try to push you hard, even when it is not needed."
