What do you like about working at IFC Films?

"I did enjoy the work, especially because it consisted of Out in the Field work. I received my exercise and worked at the same time. I really do not have too much bad to say about this company. The application was totally honest and complete, leaving NO blanks. Needless to say I was hired on the spot."

"See my suggestions made for management."

What don't you like about working at IFC Films?

"After working 2 weeks, training and buying the special equipment. The Headquarters called one day and informed my supervisor, that he had to let me go. Due to my record with a felony. Mind you, I did answer the question with a yes on the application, too!!!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Before hiring on the spot an employee, give the background check time that it needs to be approved. In this incident I was CRUSHED!!! My supervisor liked me and I enjoyed the work. There was plenty of advancements to be made within the company in Yuma"
