I don't really have much in the line of suggestions. I think that the owners are smart, ethical, and have a good handle on what they do. I would only recommend that some of the lower level employees involved in the gathering of due diligence materials and budgets be asked for their opinions more often. Fewer deals would get done, but most of the ones rejected would simply be too risky for the company's portfolio anyway.
