"Great company to work for. I had a personality clash with the boss, but overall it was a wonderful company."

What do you like about working at Idera?

"They're fun folks to work with, and we're at the core of Microsofts enterprise software offerings, so the company grows constantly."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Come in knowing our Microsoft technologies cold. If you're interviewing for a SQL position, you need to be very SQL-savvy. If you're a developer, better know .NET."

What don't you like about working at Idera?

"I'm worried that the company's growth is starting to falter. I don't see the company as a whole, or my department, embracing social networking as much as I'd like. I also have concerns that we're not moving into serving the cloud as fast as we need to and that our success is too closely tied to Microsoft's."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I'd increase the availability of flex time or work-from-home options for technical employees."
