"Mean Managers. Stay away from this company if you want to have mental peace. No work-life balance at all. Long days and weekend work without compensation or recognition."

"North America division of IDEMIA is a good company for early professional level I.T. Management is hit or miss, my direct report is excellent, but middle and upper management is archaic in function and an overly complex hierarchy that should be flattened, especially compared to the industry. In short, this is a good company to advance a career, but not a good one to remain at."

"Overall Idemia is an alright company. The work is interesting and the pay is decent, however, management is where the company fails in my opinion. They fail to admit to issues and allow them to grow until it is a full meltdown plant-wide."

"A highly successful global player in the IoT space, IDEMIA has made a name for itself in augmented reality, biometrics, UICC and a varirty security-centric initiatives that virtually every enterprise can benefit by. There are several lines of business, all under the IoT umbrella, that are worth exploring should you be in the market for opportunity. Smart, helpful co-workers make the remote situation all the better."

"I've worked for Idemia for a year and a half. The company is doing well and is continuing to grow. Being in the driver license space is a tough market. The company employs over 10,000 people across the globe. Overall, Idemia is a solid company to work for and they pay their employees well. The office in Fort Wayne, IN is open and the people are friendly."
