"I was hired by IDC on contract basis and placed in TATA, but in this placement. Thanks to IDC who helped me a lot to deal with the transition. In the beginning, I was bit confused and worried about this transition - how will I manage all my things and how will I settle myself there due to this I was thinking that I will face lots of problems in it. But I was thinking totally opposite about this new opportunity, the whole process went smoothly without any problem and I didn’t even feel that there is any issue because IDC deals with it professionally. Along with all these things, the paying system on IDC is effective as well as more efficient than any other company. They never delay the payments of contractors and also manage any extra expenses which any contractor faces when transferring from one company to other. The main thing which workers face is an adjustment in the new environment, in the start they do not understand the working mechanism of a company but IDC is the place which I must say provides a best working environment to its contractors.
