"Being a W2 and a full-time employee in IDC, it has been a great honor working with the company. The responsibility attached to being a recruiter myself is uplifting. I completely love working with people to fix them in a position and a company that will bring out the best in them and they will love in the technology industry. I also enjoy my payment that comes on time every two weeks. I have been working for a many years and also a manager in the company and that made me realize that there is also no limit to the amount one can get in IDC, because you get treated appropriately and also get good compensation, bonuses, and incentives when you perform well, and this indeed I always benefit in IDC. The whole staff and management are accommodating, making the working environment feel just like home. The culture of communication and expectation inside the company is comprehensible. The managers and management are very responsive to the everyday regular employees, giving assignments that best suit their qualifications. The customs in the company encourages me to work with the intent to make a positive experience and the customs motivates and brings out the best in me to put in my best in every assignment. Since there are no caps on how much one can make in the company, I give every assignment everything I’ve got to bring out the best result, thereby increasing my earnings in the company. The responsibility and roles given to me in the company prepare me for greater and larger roles along the line."
