They do exactly what they promise, they treat their staff well and never compromise on their morale. I had a stint with them as a consultant, my contract was of 2 months, and during those two months I found that IDC tech are progressing rapidly, that is because they keep it true. Every man here is the best person for the job, which goes to show how transparent the recruitment program is."
