"I like the small amount of IT work I actually get to do. I liek feeling liek I accomplish things even if no one in management ever notices."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't expect anything open and honest with the management of this company. Pay is adequate at best and benefits seems to get cut every year. Still, not the worst place I've ever worked."

What don't you like about working at ICSolutions?

"Watching sycophants get promotions because they are buddies with management. Being hired to do IT work and getting stuck doing customer service phones calls 50% of the day. Abusive VPs who take out personal frustrations on underlings who have no choice but to take it or quit. No local HR department to talk to."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Yep.. Manage. Quit taking credit for everything that your team does without you, and quit passing off blame to your team for things you screw up."
