"Do your reserach about the department you are interviewing for and if you can get feedback from those who currently work in the role you are applying."

What don't you like about working at ICON?

"No worklife balance, very high turn over in the last 2 years, incentives are limited. Upper management is too demanding. They put the cart before the horse in terms of being so profit driven they accept projects before assessing available resources to do the job. Everyone is overworked and place to be reactive instead of proactive."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Focus would be to mainatin employee moral. Without that a company suffers with productivity, retention and inevitably reputation. Put in place programs or process to provide every employee opportunities to feel more invoved with the progress of the company. Add philanthorpy aspect to the company in terms of giving back and not just being about making profits. Incorporate team building incentives quarterly or bI yearly, brainstorming meetings within departments based on lessons learned with employees at all levels. Using external sources, incorporate and promote continued education and trainings relevant for each role or to assist an employee moving into a new role."
