"The people, getting to work creatively, and the hours (10AM-7:30PM), it allows for an early morning workout, etc."

"ICED Media is a substandard agency at best, their processes and culture is stale and not innovative. I would not suggest working here."

"The lack of direction and leadership is problematic, I thrive in a more structured environment, that is forward thinking and innovative. The people who are my superior provide me with little to no insights or help with issues I run into. I do not have the appropriate tools from the higher ups with in the company to do my job effectively."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would encourage a more collaborative environment, with much more transparency between departments, and be available to my team for questions and provide meaningful insights."

"I like the casual dress atmosphere and not much else."

"If you are okay with no training and no direction, then this is the place for you."

"The management was horrible. Lack of training, management was very aloof..."
