"I’ve worked for ICE US, manufacturer of commerical and industrial HVAC equipment, for 20 years. ICE US opened its facility 25 years ago and has approximately 50 employees. Because of the company size, I wore many hats on a day to day basis, working with the inside sales team to outside sales reps, engineers, contractors and venders in the design stage for proper equipment design. During the production phase, I generated bill of materials and manufacturing instructions per customer order. I have worked in a leadership role for 15 years overseeing production changes and guidance to all departments for improvement, without a management position. I have a very high potential for a leadership position from my experience."
