"HR tracking system was cumbersome."

What do you like about working at IBM?

"It was a great place for me to cut my teeth in Information Technology. They had a great training program for people like myself that had a great recruiting background but not in the IT space."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"They had a hard time at the sr. management due to the fact that we rotated managers in and out of management positions. This left a void in management's understanding of the recruitment process."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire more people that actually have a recruiting background for some of their mid level management positions."
