IBM is a massive company, with contracts and offices around the world, and the experience you have as a person working one of those contracts will be largely determined by the vendor. Generally, I have found working for them a good experience, but the potential for the vendor to change directions is a definite potential negative."

"Hire less kids right out of school thinking they have the skills, experience, education, and elan that some of the more seasoned professionals bring to the table."
