"IBM has increasingly moved jobs off shore, with I believe will be a deficit as off shore costs increase."

What do you like about working at IBM?

"Was able to work remotely, decent compensation."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"IBMs strategy of moving jobs off shore. I believe this is a flawed plan as the off shore cost will increase, and jobs in the US become in line in regards to cost of offshore jobs. IBM will lose a large skill base to fall back on in the US."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Maintain critical skills and intellectual knowledge within the US."
