"Very poor regional and corporate leadership. Destroyed entrepreneurial activities to become a global low cost delivery system. Innovation and new services/products purchased not developed within."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need new leadership before they collapse on a basis based on poor delivery and low skill levels. Training ans real mentoring cut may years a go to give false profitability reports with a prayer that China and India markets would continue to drive revenue growth and low cost labor."
