"Social skills are not as important at this company as performance: bringing product in on time and under budget with no bugs."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"No room for growth career wise, hands get slapped for doing anything but the specified job with the specified technologies. I wanted to do more exciting things with more complexity and responsibility, but the response was, You don't need that."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Headcount reduction strategies need a bit of work. Mass Layoffs done through email and phone. How would you feel getting that after greater than 4 years of loyal work?"
