"Too much politics and red tapes."

"It's a well recognized company and therefore people domestically and internationally respect the company."

"Be up front about how passionate you are about the position, but also let them know early on that you will be closing your computer at 6 pm (or a reasonable time)."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"Very difficult to have work/life balance. It is universal at IBM - they always need it now!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Plan ahead, realize we have lives outside the company. We give a lot, and if you need something right away and during the night it's ok if it's only once in a while, not every week."
