"I have worked for IAR Technical Services from September 2019 to February 2021. Although IAR-TS's main customer was its parent company International Air Response, I had the privilege to not only participate but to manage major projects from start to finish on almost the entire fleet of C-130A Hercules owned by IAR. The Engineering team was small and quite recent, so that gave the Engineers the opportunity to built the department from the ground up. Although it was entirely terminated on February of 2021, the team was able to successfully complete over 100 exciting projects in a spam of 4 years."
