"The ability to work autonomously and set my work hours during the day (0430-1630, 6 days a week)."

"Prepare for long hours of work in arduous conditions if you are going overseas. The in-processing is a week long."

"The distance away from the home office and the time difference. Also, we worked weekends and holidays - the home office did not."

"Visit the sites and workers at least once a quarter. Timely response to queries regarding personnel questions."

"I enjoyed the Air Traffic Control work I did for the company. I don't really feel like it made a difference that the company I was working for was IAP."
