"I have for this company for over 6 months. I feel like this place is wasting a lot of it's potential. They have a prime location, upscale clientele and a diverse and skilled group of sales people. But the owner puts too much pressure on it's management and sales people. Also the pay plan should be upgraded. Because of the clientele, this is not a good place to learn how to sell cars. The hours are horrible. My advice to the owner take better care of your staff."

"Using the computer to complete forms and provide needed information"

"I don't like soliciting customers and trying to generate sales. Base pay is too low. No up system.."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't do things the old way. Provide more inventory. Create a nicer store."

"For me, Johnson HyundaI was kind of like working for the Nazis. Everything had to be perfect and neat or else heads would roll."

"Ease up on employees, and don't manage with fear tactics."

"Stay as far away as possible, they hire and fire often, and the turn over rate is ridiculous."

"The way employees are treated my the Sales managers, and General manager of the company itself. I've had doors slammed in my face, been sworn at for trying to take off work because of my fiancee in the Hospital, Been told I'm a dumbass, and etc."
