"The owner has the final say so make sure you wow him"

"No one can make a decsion without the owners consent which slows products down"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Allow engineers to talk with customers and try and get a feel for what the customers want then you get a product that sales"

"Don't go there until sales improve. The company might not make it."

What don't you like about working at Hypertech?

"I expected to actually be able to write software which would control motor vehicles. This project never materialized beyond an initial study and framework layout."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stay alive - their sales are directly tied to new vehicle sales, specifically US-built trucks. Sales are extremely bad right now. I hold no ill feeling towards them for their need to make cutbacks."
