"The company was small and had no room for Advancement, the Pay was poor for the Responsibility that was given to someone, To many chiefs and not enough Indians, Departments were confused on which jobs were theirs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The structure of the whole company needs to be rebuilt from the ground up, for the amount of management that they have - the company shouldn't be a complete mess."
