"Do not tell lie on the day of your interview. Be honest yourself that how much work you have accomplished in your last assignment at your previous job; otherwise, they would put you into a upper-level in management to be in charged of one program in company once you get hired."
What don't you like about working at Hydro-Aire?
"It was a whole mess when I got started because there were no ones guiding me until one day I became realized I had done something wrong and I got blamed on the next day. Plus, I didn't get full of training because I was working under contract."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It's completely a mess if you start working on the first few weeks; like no one would tell you how to get started. Not even your program manager can tell you about this program history and they don't want to share you bad things. But if you are the one who likes to make some connection then this is the right place for you."
