"This is a very big hotel, almost 2,000 rooms with 1,500 employees, you are more of a bar code than a person, but a wonderful experience nonetheless"

"If you were in Sales/Management - it is one of the best place to work for. Their training is intense, but creative and innovative. They have a great sales team and their management team are all on the same page. It is all about the best in service, and the MGHSD is rated one of the top - high quality service in the convention hotels in San Diego."

"Growth. I think that if an employee excels in her current role and needs to be challenged that management should see that and nurture and grow this employee for a promotion."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Growth. Look for your employees who are great at what they do and is looking to be challenged - mold and raise them for promotion so they remain loyal to you. When an opportunity opens up - internal employees should have the first opportunity to apply first and they should be encouraged. (Not because you need to be challenge so to promote you - we will transfer you to another property..)"
