What do you like about working at H.Y. Group?

"I like that I have control of most situations, there is never a time where my input is not highly valued. It is a very small company where the employees all get along. The work hours are minimal, which is why it has been a great job during school."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The company that I work for doesn't interview candidates becasue they primarily deal with permanent temporary workers."

What don't you like about working at H.Y. Group?

"I work in the food production industry, which is extremely repetitive. The facility is extremely run down, there is a shortage of equipment, and there is no long-term plan, it is solely a day-to-day operation."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have suggested that we come up with a long-term business plan, I have created multiple excel files to help organize the business but there is still much more that can be done. I would also suggest that the company invest in equipment that would help to expedite the production process, a minor investment in equipment would greatly reduce the cost of labor."
